Healthcare Management is a general study programme lasting six semesters and delivered jointly by two UJ faculties: Faculty of Health Sciences and Faculty of Management and Social Communication This interdisciplinary programme prepares professional capable of deploying management, economic, regulatory and communication tools to optimise management processes occurring in the healthcare sector, taking into account the key objective of the healthcare system - mainly ensuring the best possible health condition of the population and saving human health and life in emergency situation Graduates are prepared to work in managerial and autonomous positions in administrative departments of healthcare establishments, local government entities, healthcare sector institutions on the local and national level, state administration institutions at the local and national level.

Graduate is awarded a professional title of licencjat [Polish equivalent of Bachelor’s degree].
