The second-degree curriculum at the Faculty of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics is an all-academic course that lasts 4 semesters. The objective of the curriculum is to equip students with contemporary theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of diet prophylaxis, clinical nutrition, nutritional treatment and related issues such as pharmacology and drug-food interactions. The curriculum also aims to develop psychodietetic skills and build effective relationships with patients, including motivational dialogue. A range of diet planning classes will be provided to develop practical diet therapy techniques. In addition, there will be a strong focus on research skills, in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the principles of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM).

To pass the individual years of study, it is necessary to complete curriculum-driven placements.

Graduates of the second-degree dietetics course are awarded the Master's degree.
