Medical and Dental Program is the long-cycle (undergraduate) program lasting 10 semesters. First three years of the program focus on the basic sciences and from the first year of study, students are familiarized with bioethics and communication with patients. Pre-clinical classes, preparing students for work with patients, are offered in the course of Medical and Dental program. Basic clinical sciences are taught from the fourth to the fifth year of the program. A number of elective courses is held throughout the program, including ones in clinical disciplines broadening the knowledge in courses in the major areas of study. In order to pass a year, summer clerkship completion is required. Upon completion of the studies graduates receive a diploma, and are awarded a title of lekarz dentysta.
