Opis programu i efekty uczenia się

Studia podyplomowe Zarządzanie jednostkami opieki zdrowotnej kierowane są do osób pełniących lub przygotowujących się do sprawowania funkcji kierowniczych w publicznych i niepublicznych podmiotach leczniczych, instytucjach związanych ze zdrowiem publicznym, ubezpieczeniami zdrowotnymi, zdrowiem środowiskowym, tj. szeroko rozumianych jednostkach opieki zdrowotnej oraz wszystkich zainteresowanych problematyką zarządzania w ochronie zdrowia.

Celem studiów podyplomowych jest nabycie przez uczestnika studiów nowoczesnej wiedzy i praktycznych umiejętności w zakresie organizowania, koordynowania i monitorowania działalności podmiotów leczniczych.

Absolwent studiów będzie posiadał umiejętności i kompetencje do rozwiązywania problemów organizacyjnych, planowania strategii rozwojowej, sprawnego podejmowania decyzji i skutecznego kierowania zespołami pracowników.
