Opis programu i efekty uczenia się

Studia są kierowane do osób, które posiadają tytuł magistra oraz doświadczenie w pracy na stanowiskach kierowniczych w systemie ochrony zdrowia jak dyrektorzy, kierownicy publicznych i niepublicznych jednostek ochrony zdrowia. Studia kładą nacisk na kształtowanie liderów i rozwinięcie umiejętności przywódczych uczestników, którzy zostaną wyposażeni w unikatową wiedzę, umiejętności i kompetencje pozwalające na efektywne zarządzanie placówkami sektora ochrony zdrowia w dynamicznie zmieniającym się otoczeniu wewnętrznym i systemowym.

Studia kształtują zarówno umiejętności twarde z obszaru zarządzania i ekonomii, jak i kompetencje miękkie pozwalające na skuteczne kierowanie interdyscyplinarnym zespołem, motywowanie pracowników, a także negocjowanie.
